Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy:

At Shinde Shoes, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return, cancel or refund your purchase. To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we have created the following Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy:

  1. Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The shoes must also be in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.

  2. Cancellations: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team through email customercare@shindeshoes.com with your order details. If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. However, no cancellation can be done after the order has been shipped.

  3. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, you can do so within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The shoes must also be in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.

  4. Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

  5. Shipping: We are not responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

  6. Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges for final sale items or gift cards.
